Security Assistance Syd AB is an authorized security company with its headquarters in Malmö. We offer a complete range of security services such as stationary guarding, patrols, emergency response, and alarm center services.

In addition to our core services, we have specialist expertise in property emergency services and fire protection, making us a flexible and reliable partner for our clients.

Our operations are certified according to ISO 9001, SSF 136 (alarm center), and SSF 1063 (security companies).

We are now looking for guards for on-call employment and vacation substitutes in Helsingborg.

About the position

As a guard, your tasks will vary. You will primarily work with patrol guarding and alarm responses. We expect you to have a strong sense of service, high social competence, and a sense of responsibility.

Since handling technical systems occurs daily, you must be interested in technology and have the ability to understand technical instructions.

It is also advantageous if you have knowledge in property emergency services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or operations and maintenance) as we have a large number of clients in that customer segment.

About you

We expect you to have high moral standards with a strong sense of service and a genuine desire to deliver what the customer expects. Furthermore, we believe that you are flexible, resilient under stress, and approach problem-solving with a curious and positive attitude. You enjoy challenges and thrive in a varied work environment with many tasks at hand. We prefer that you live in or have good knowledge of the area. It is also advantageous if you speak multiple languages.

Basic requirements for your application to be considered:

• Guard basic training (at least VU1)
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of English
• Flexible
• Service-oriented
• Resilient under stress
• No criminal record
• Organized personal finances
• Driver's license for a car and preferably one year of driving experience

Additional information

For employment at Security Assistance Syd AB, approval from the County Administrative Board is required according to Law (1974:191) on security companies. All personnel are assessed regarding legal compliance, civic reliability, and suitability. This means that information may be obtained from criminal and suspicion registers as well as from the Security Police.

Depending on the position, security clearance according to Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant.

Salary and employment conditions are regulated by a collective agreement between Security Companies and Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
